What’s Coming to TheWorxHub

We are improving our user experience at TheWorxHub. Parts of the system that cause friction or additional work for you are redesigned. Here is an overview of what we’re working on.

 

Multisite: A new dashboard that connects all your sites in one space. A technician is now equipped with the ability to identify and complete work from any site and any department in all one place. Multisite will also introduce the first of its kind TheWorxHub mobile application which will be available on IOS and Android devices.

 

 

High Volume Asset Rounding: A new way to round your assets, High Volume Asset Rounding, will enable users to complete rounding of multiple assets within a single work order. Drastically cutting down on the amount of work orders needed to complete required rounds and time lost in managing multiple work orders at the same time.

 

Improved Requestor Experience:

We are enhancing the TheWorxHub Work Request Form to make submitting requests faster, easier, and more reliable.

New improvements include:

  • Smarter template selection to help prevent accidental data loss

  • Location-specific QR codes for instant location pre-selection

  • Recent Locations & Issues so users can quickly choose frequently used options

  • Improved form flow that reduces frustration and saves time

  • Better overall usability to support higher completion rates and fewer support requests

These updates are designed to deliver smoother user experience, improve efficiency, and make maintenance requests simpler from start to finish.

Improved Work Order Print:

 

We are enhancing TheWorxHub printed and PDF work order forms to make them more complete, professional, and easier to use.

New improvements include:

  • Company logo support for stronger branding and a more professional appearance

  • Compliance code fields to help support regulatory and audit requirements

  • Signature sections for clearer approvals and record-keeping

  • Attachment display enhancements so supporting documents are easier to reference

  • Improved print and PDF formatting to help eliminate unnecessary blank pages
