Fixes & Improvements

In the current release of TheWorxHub, the following have been implemented and fixed.

Meter Reading Visibility in the Main Application

• Meter reading information is now displayed on corrective work orders within the main application, providing greater visibility into key readings recorded at the time the work order was created.

Meter Reading Access in Mobile

• Meter reading details are now available on corrective work orders in the mobile app, enabling technicians to view and capture readings without interrupting their workflow.

Expanded Reporting Capabilities

• Meter reading information is now included in reporting for corrective work orders, making it easier to analyze readings alongside maintenance history and work activity.

Issues Resolved

• Fixed an issue where printing a work order form displayed an incorrect resident name unrelated to the work order or its location.

• Resolved a failure during resident sync imports that caused a catastrophic error and unmapped location problems when processing the import file.

• Fixed an issue where a previously completed work order could have timers unexpectedly restart, logging erroneous labor entries and re-completing the work order without user action.

• Resolved an "Unhandled exception" error that occurred when starting or stopping the timer on work orders via the mobile site. Desktop was unaffected.

• Fixed an issue where vehicles assigned exclusively to one department (with Multi-Department Use disabled) were incorrectly appearing in other departments' vehicle selection lists during trip creation.

• Resolved a discrepancy where the "Entry Allowed" field on a scheduled work order did not reflect the current housekeeping entry setting until the work order instance was generated. Both now display the correct value.

• Fixed an issue where scheduling a pickup trip without a passenger would display a "Save was successful" message but fail to create the pickup trip or assign a trip number.

• Resolved an issue where editing a corrective action work request within a pass/fail inspection survey caused both the survey and the work request to be lost from the system.

• Resolved an error that prevented administrators from moving users between roles (e.g., Standard to Manager) using the role assignment grid in Settings > Users.
