Audit Logs

The Audit Logs feature allows Administrators to track actions and events within the system, such as user modifications and configuration changes.

Each log entry includes:

  • Timestamp

  • Event Type

  • Record type

  • Record ID

  • User who made the change

  • Field details before and after the changes

Access the Audit Logs

  1. Navigate to the (Settings) icon.

  2. Click Audit Logs.

Filtering Audit Logs

Use the Changed on, Event Type, Record Type, and Changed By filters to narrow the audit log results.

Filter by Changed on

Use the Changed On filter to view events modified on a specific date.

  1. Click Changed on filter.

  2. Select a date.

  3. Click Done to apply the filter or Clear All to remove it.

Filter by Event Type:

Use the Event Type filter to view specific event types, such as Create, Update, or Delete.

  1. Click Event Type.

  2. Select Event.

  3. Click Done to apply the filter or Clear All to remove it.

Filter by Record Type:

Use the Record Type filter to view events associated with a specific record type.

  1. Click Record Type.

  2. Select a Record.

  3. Click Done to apply the filter or Clear All to remove it.

Filter by Changed by:

Use the Changed By filter to view events modified by a specific user.

  1. Click Changed by.

  1. Select a user.

  2. Click Done to apply the filter or Clear All to remove it.

       

Viewing Event Details

  1. Click a log entry to open the Event Details dialog box.

  2. The side panel displays details such as the user who made the change, the date and time of the event, the affected record, and the before and after values for any updated fields.
