Refrigerant Types Report

The Refrigerant Types report provides insights into refrigerant usage across HVAC or other Mechanical system assets. It helps maintenance and compliance teams identify refrigerant exposure, support replacement planning, and prepare for environmental compliance activities.

Getting Started

Filters

Filter	What It Does	Default
Refrigerant Type	Filters assets by refrigerant type.	All
Site Location	Filters assets by site location.	All
Asset Condition	Filters assets by condition.	All
Manufacturer Year	Filters assets by manufacture year. NOTE  Refer to Limitations article for date selection.	All

Report Structure

This report displays refrigerant information for HVAC or other Mechanical system assets. Each row represents a single asset.

Fields

Field	Description
Asset ID	It is a permanent, unique backend database key assigned automatically by the system. It is hidden from the user interface, cannot be edited, and is only visible in the page URL.
Site	Indicates the location where the asset is installed.
Refrigerant Type	Displays the refrigerant used by the asset.
Manufacturer Year	Shows the year the equipment was manufactured.
Asset Condition	Displays the current condition of the asset.

Common Tasks

• Identify assets using a specific refrigerant.

• Review refrigerant inventory at a site.

• Prioritize equipment replacement based on age and condition.
